The Cevital Group and its subsidiary Oxxo increased their production capacity of profiles for the window plant supplying the business market. The Group has just purchased 23 dual-screw extruders from supplier KraussMaffei Berstorff for the manufacture of profiles for windows over 19 lines in a new plant at Bordj Bou Arréridj. The aim is to produce 720,000 windows per year. Oxxo is making the most of the production of 1,400 tonnes of flat glass per day destined for use in the MFG plant belonging to the Cevital Group. To support this new equipment, Oxxo launched a comprehensive training programme in this cutting-edge technology for its staff.
